Program Fees

The fees associated with our trading challenges and programs are clearly outlined before making a purchase. These fees are used to cover operational costs, including platform maintenance, customer support, and program management. Please note that all program fees are non-refundable once a transaction is completed.

No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of the services provided, all program fees are final and non-refundable. Once payment is made, there will be no refunds issued for any reason. We recommend that you thoroughly review the program details and terms before making a purchase.

Access to Programs

Upon successful payment, you will be granted immediate access to your chosen program or challenge. Access will be provided through our secure client portal, where you can track your progress and engage with the challenges. You will be able to start your program as soon as payment is confirmed.

Program Renewals & Re-Purchase

If applicable, your program may require periodic renewals or re-purchases. You will be notified in advance regarding the renewal dates and fees associated with continued participation in your challenge.

No Deposits or Financial Transactions

Please note that our programs are not financial investments, and the fees paid are not deposits. They are for the purpose of participating in simulated trading challenges and are used to cover our business operating expenses.

No Withdrawal Options

As our services are centered around simulated trading, there are no withdrawal options associated with the challenges. The aim is to assess your skills and provide an educational platform, rather than to generate actual monetary profit.
