- Service Commencement: Once you have received your trading credentials and have begun trading, fees become non-refundable. This includes both full and partial refunds.
- Breach of Trading Rules: If a customer breaches any trading rules, as previously communicated, no refund will be provided.
- Disputes and Chargebacks: If a customer initiates a dispute or chargeback with their bank or payment service provider without justifiable cause, Prime Prom LTD reserves the right to refuse a refund and may terminate the provision of services.
Process and Timeline
Upon receiving a refund request, Prime Prom LTD will review the case within 7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 14 business days. Customers will receive an email notification once the refund is processed. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
